• make a point to genuinely smile @ at least 10 people a day.
• dress up, wear some cute makeup, doll yourself up!
(it's been proven to boost your mood tremendously)
• make a list of things you'd like to do during your lifetime.
• count your blessings & be thankful for what you HAVE, not what you WANT.
• ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS laugh! it is the BEST medicine♥
